Is this really all seated? Yes. Every session is 100% done in a chair. No standing. No floor work. No transitions.
Do I need to be in shape to do this? No. This is built for all levels, especially those with joint problems, mobility issues, or who haven’t exercised in a while.
Is this just typical stretching? No, it’s way more than that. You’ll work on gentle joint mobility, muscle activation, posture, and safe movement control.
How long are the sessions? Most are 15–30 minutes. Short, consistent movement = lasting results.
